Jerusalem Mayor Uri Lupoliansky announced Tuesday that all Jerusalem traffic inspectors must take a course in self-defense.
The announcement came after a series of attacks by Arabs on municipal traffic inspectors, including a televised attack in March that led to the arrest and conviction of an Arab teen.
