Prime Minister Ehud Olmert opened the regular weekly Cabinet meeting Sunday morning with the comment that Israel has "a moral obligation to bring soldiers home."

The prime minister vowed that Israel "will not rest until [kidnapped IDF Cpl.] Gilad Shalit is back home, safe and sound."

Egyptian-brokered talks between Israel and Hamas are set to resume in Cairo this week.
