Transportation Minister Shaul Mofaz stated this morning that the quiet up along Israel’s northern border is “dependent on Iran.”  He also stated that Israel will not allow Hizbullah to continue its re-armaments programs.

Foreign and Israeli reports have noted the increasing Hizbullah presence in southern Lebanon.
