Workers for the Transportation Ministry's Licensing Bureau have ended their work sanctions, and operations will return to normal Thursday morning. The Bureau and the Histadrut labor union have agreed to begin negotiations concerning the Ministry's intention to privatize the Bureau.

The sanctions have halted the testing of drivers for license and the transfers of vehicle ownership.
