(IsraelNN.com) Israel will free five Arab terrorists, including murderer Samir Kuntar, at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the Lebanese newspaper Al Sapir, which is considered allied with the Hizbullah terrorist party. German mediator Gerhard Konrad will supervise the operation

The report stated that the terrorists will be brought to the Rosh HaNikra border, in the northwest corner of Israel, and that Israel will receive in return kidnapped IDF soldiers Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev. Government officials have said they no longer are alive.
