Soldiers are chasing after a vehicle disguised as a police car which broke through the checkpoint on the Cross-Samaria highway early Sunday afternoon. The vehicle is headed towards the Tel Aviv area, and authorities fear that it may be intended for use in a terrorist attack.

In the Galilee, Arabs threw rocks at passing Israeli cars near Kfar Tabor. The incident follows a growing number of rock throwing attacks by Israeli Arabs in the Galilee.
