Israeli billionaire Lev Levayev, who recently moved to London, has opened up the Crown Plaza hotel at the Azrieli Towers in Tel Aviv after his Africa-Israel company spent 80 million shekels ($23.6 million) on re-designing the interior.
The fee for an overnight stay in the hotel is $410 per person, with the hotel providing a suite and a separate room for a personal assistant or security guard for an additional $2,000.
