Israel’s Four Multinational Giants Operate Globally

(IsraelNN.com) A study of Israeli companies that operate globally reported that Amdocs Ltd., Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., Ormat Industries Ltd. and Israel Chemicals Ltd. are Israel’s top four mutlinational companies. These four accounted for 77 percent of the international assets held by the top 15 multinational firms in Israel. More than 63,000 workers overseas are employed by them. Their total international assets sum up to more than $6 billion, according to Israel’s Globes business daily.
The study was aimed at establishing the level of globalization in emerging markets, such as Israel. It was conducted jointly by the Israeli Manufacturers’ Association and Columbia, Tel-Aviv and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
