An Arab from the Fatah-PA began tearing down a part of the security fence at Kalandia in northern Jerusalem Wednesday. According to Omedia, Border Policemen fired riot dispersal ammunition at the bulldozer driver until he fled.
Police are combing the area in search for the escaped driver.
