The dollar fell 1.102% to a new low against the Israeli shekel Wednesday afternoon with the published exchange rate reaching 3.23 shekels. This is the lowest the dollar has been since November, 1996.
The Euro also fell 0.95% against the Israeli shekel and the published exchange rate for Wednesday is 5.076 shekels to the Euro.
