Hizbullah’s commander in southern Lebanon, Sheikh Nabil Kawuk, announced that the terrorist organization’s will renew its attacks on Israeli civilians once the ransom deal is done. “We will soon achieve a great victory due to the deal to release our prisoners in Israel,” he said,” and then we will reach a new level to free the Shebaa Farms (Hizbullah’s term for Har Dov).” Israel's Cabinet is meeting this morning to discuss the possible defense ramifications of the upcoming ransom deal with Hizbullah. 



Hizbullah’s return to southern Lebanon is forbidden by international law under UN Security Resolution 1701, which ended the 2006 Lebanon War.
