The government decided Sunday to appoint MK Eli Aflalo as the new Minister for AIiyah Absorption.
Until now, Aflalo has served as the chairman of Kadima's coalition.
Aflalo himself made Aliyah (a term referring to immigration by Jews to Israel) from Morocco as a child.
