(IsraelNN.com) Winograd Committee member Prof. Yechezkel Dror slammed the government Sunday, saying he is "surprised" that Prime Minister Olmert remains in office two years after the Second Lebanon War.

"Quite clearly, [Olmert] has no ability for strategic thinking. If the prime minister cannot compensate for the lack in strategic perception… he must be replaced," Dror told Voice of Israel government radio.

Dror said the government should have resigned after the initial Winograd Committee report that charged the political echelon with failing to manage the war properly.
