Defense Minister Ehud Barak has told the IDF to prepare demolition orders for the homes of terrorists from eastern Jerusalem who carried out two recent massacres: the execution-style murder of eight boys at Merkaz HaRav Yeshiva and the bulldozer-slaying of two women and a man in Jerusalem.
Haaretz reported that the main factor in Barak's decision was the opinion given by Attorney General Menachem Mazuz, that it is legally possible to tear down terrorists' homes.
