(IsraelNN.com) Attorney General Menachem Mazuz has cautiously okayed destroying the homes of eastern Jerusalem Arab terrorists, four months after being asked to rule on the matter following the terrorist attack on the Merkaz HaRav yeshiva. He issued the ruling after widespread calls to tear down the house of the terrorist who bulldozed his way down Jaffa Road Wednesday, killing three people as he plowed over pedestrians, sliced through vehicles and overturned a bus.

However, he cautioned that tearing the houses could meet opposition in international courts as well as the local judiciary. The Attorney General warned that demolishing the homes of Israeli citizens is full of dangers and that each case should be discussed with intelligence officials and the Justice Ministry.
