(IsraelNN.com) Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Feisal Makdad, reportedly sent congratulations to the Hizbullah terrorist organization on the occasion of its recently-concluded deal with Israel. Syria and Israel have recently been engaged in Turkey-mediated talks regading a possible agreement.  

As per the predictions of Israeli security figure, the deal already has had negative effects on Israel's image in the region. In an interview on Syrian television, Makdad said that Syria couldn’t sign any agreement with Israel without including the release of all Syrian prisoners in Israeli detention first.
