Israel will transfer bodies of Palestinian Authority (PA) and Hizbullah terrorists in exchange for those of fallen IDF soldiers before the remains of kidnapped IDF soldiers Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev will be returned, Arab news agencies reported Tuesday morning. Their return is to take place the day afterwards, and Israel will free Lebanese terrorist Samir Kuntar at the same time, possibly as early as next week.

The second step of the agreement involves Israel's releasing PA terrorists, with the number estimated at between 10 and 50. Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni, who voted for the agreement, later said she would change her mind if the PA terrorists are central figures.
