Right-wing activists Itamar Ben-Gvir and Baruch Marzel have copied tactics by the left wing and have petitioned the High Court for permission to tour Arab areas in Hevron. The appeal copies almost word for word petitions that left-wing groups have filed in their demands to tour the Jewish community of Hevron. The only words that were changed were the names of the neighborhoods, Voice of Israel government radio reported Tuesday morning. The Court's justices ordered the government to reply to the petition before they issue a ruling.

The court has restricted the left-wing groups from visiting Jewish areas following confrontations that Hevron police say were instigated by the visitors. However, they have violated the order several times.
