Approximately 90 percent of terrorists recently arrested in Saudi Arabia were planning to attack oil facilities, the Arabic language ash-Sharq il-Awsat reported. Saudi minister Prince Na'if told the newspaper that if the international community fails "to dry up their financial sources, terrorism will prevail."
He added that there are no indications that foreign terrorists were involved in the plots.
