Meir Indor, who heads the Almagor terror victims' group, conceded Sunday that activists who opposed the Hizbullah deal had failed to make their case effectively and promised "to do better" in opposing the proposed deal with Hamas for abducted soldier Gilad Shalit.

"We will either prevent the deal altogether or cause the price Israel pays to be lower," he predicted.
