Brigadier-General Avi Ronsky, Chief Rabbi of the IDF, has concluded that kidnpaped IDF soldiers Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasser are dead, but he won't go public with his conclusion until after the cabinet vote to approve a prisoner exchange deal with Hizbullah.

Rabbi Ronsky reached a conclusion Tuesday on the fate of the soldiers, when he told his associates that information presented to him was enough to declare the kidnapped IDF soldiers "killed in action".
