Arab League information ministers have advised its media to focus on Jerusalem as the capital of Arab culture and to highlight Israel's archaeological work in what the Palestinian Authority (PA) called the "southern Palestinian territories." They also want the media to help Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Iraq, Sudan and Somalia to spread the word of the Israel's "occupation" of the Golan Heights.

The minister's meeting in Cairo called for establishing a multilingual Arab satellite television channel.
