Arab terrorists shot and wounded people who were hiking between the Jewish communities of Nevei Tzuf and Nachliel Friday afternoon. Two suffered bullet wounds in the back and stomach, and a third person was lightly wounded. Two others escaped and notified authorities. One victim is in very serious condition.
Rescue teams administered first aid at the scene and an army helicopter flew the victims to the Sheba Hospital at Tel HaShomer Medical Center in Tel Aviv. Medic encountered delays because the wounded were in a hard to access location. IDF soldiers are searching for the terrorists.
