Jean Sarkozy, the son of French President Nicolas Sarkozy, is engaged to the daughter of the family that controls one of France's largest consumer electronics chains. They recently visited Israel "to learn more about Jewish culture," European Jewish Press reported.

The fiancée is Jessica Sebaoun-Darty, whom Jean Sarkozy has known since his school days. President Sarkozy's grandfather was Jewish.
