Transportation and Road Safety Minister Shaul Mofaz praised Kadima officials Monday for deciding to expedite the party's bureaucratic red tape in order to move up primary elections.

The Committee for Party Affairs decided to change the party's code and close the poll book within 30 days, which Mofaz said would "allow us to hold primaries even without general elections."
