Police have charged a 22-year-old convert to Islam with preparing to commit acts of terrorism after an explosion in a restaurant in Exeter, England, last month.
Police had to wait to question suspect Nicky Reilly, who underwent an operation involving skin grafts eye and facial trauma in the blast at a popular family cafe on May 22.
Devon and Cornwall Police on Tuesday also charged Reilly with possession of an explosive substance with intent, and possession of explosives.
