Residents of some areas of Tel Aviv were warned Friday morning to boil their tap water before drinking it or using it to prepare food. Areas affected include the following streets: Arlozorov, Sderot David HaMelech, Weitzman, and Even Gavirol.

Health Ministry officials explained that they were afraid of contamination in the area due to work on the pipe system nearby. Residents should continue to boil their water until further notice, they said.
