(IsraelNN.com) IDF spokesmen said Thursday evening that despite claims to the contrary from leftist protestors, no rioters were wounded in a violent demonstration near the village of Na’alin earlier in the day. According to soldiers who were present during the riot, dozens of Israeli and foreign leftists and local Arabs attacked soldiers with rocks and attempted to damage the security barrier being built in the area.

Rioters claimed earlier in the day that 12 people were hurt by rubber bullets and tear gas that soldiers used to disperse the violent rally. Israeli leftists who participated told reporters that they planned to hold a similar riot on Friday, and another on Sunday.
