Sources close to Ehud Olmert say the prime minister has no intention to leave office, despite ongoing investigations about alleged financial wrongdoing, Voice of Israel government radio reported.

The sources said a large part of Tuesday's testimony of Moshe Talansky was false, and accused Israeli politicians of reacting harshly to the testimony before Olmert's defense team has had a chance to counter Talansky's claims.
