Bar-Ilan University President Moshe Kaveh has called on religious Zionists to be less reclusive and enter politics instead of leaving it to those "who only know how to take envelopes." He apparently was referring to tens of thousands of dollars in cash that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has received over a period of more than 10 years from American businessmen.
Speaking at a conference on 60 years of religious Zionism in Israel, he charged that the ideology has not been brought to non-religious masses who he said are interested in learning more about Judaism.
