The Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar, considered close to the Hizbullah terrorist organization, reported Tuesday morning that Hizbullah will not agree to current terms of the proposed deal that would involve the release of kidnapped IDF soldiers Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev.
It said that Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah is insisting that Israel release Palestinian Authority terrorists, a demand that the Israeli government has rejected. Relatives of the two soldiers also have expressed skepticism about the reports because previous rumors of their release have been unfounded.
