(IsraelNN.com) Jerusalem city officials have discovered that a large portion of the house in which the terrorist responsible for the attack in the Mercaz HaRav Yeshiva lived was built illegally, according to city councilman David Hadari. One and a half floors of the building were constructed without a permit, he said. Hadari expressed hope that the discovery would clear the way for the city to destroy the building.

Jerusalem officials have attempted to prevent the city from using the transportation service owned by the terrorist, Hadari said, but a court order stopped them from ceasing the service altogether. The service continues to operate in Jerusalem’s Arab neighborhoods, he said.
