The Hamas terrorist organization threatened Israel on Sunday to reopen the crossings with Gaza or face other action, according to IDF Army Radio.
An official from the group, which presently controls the region, commented on Sunday that if Israel and Egypt are unable to come to an agreement on a "calm" or tahadiyeh that will reopen the region's crossings with pre-1967 Israel, Hamas would consider its "other options."
Gaza terrorists have attacked IDF soldiers and civilian workers at the crossings almost every week, in addition to the ceaseless rocket and mortar attacks on the western Negev emanating from Gaza.
