Tel Aviv would be the first target of Iran if it attains nuclear capability, Nobel Prize winner Elie Wiesel told a conference at the Tel Aviv University. He added, "If something will happen here in Israel, world Jewry in its entirety would be at risk."

During Wiesel's latest visit, he also received an honorary doctorate degree from Tel Aviv University. Three other Americans were among the 11 people to receive degrees.
