"Israel is too weak and vulnerable to attack Iran," the Iranian Defense Minister Mustafa Muhammad Najar said, according to Iranian News Agency IRNA.
"They are trying to raise the subject on the 60th anniversary of their independence in order to divert the public's attention from their corrupt leaders' inability to face the internal problems, as well as the forces of resistance," Najar said.
