Bin Laden: Israeli-Arab Struggle Inspired 9/11 Attacker (IsraelNN.com) Osama Bin Laden, leader of the Al Qaeda terror group, published an audio recording Friday for "Nakba Day," which marks Israel's founding. In the recording, Bin Laden said that "the Israeli Palestinian struggle" is the heart of the Muslim war against the West, and inspired the 9/11 attackers. "Jihad is compulsory for liberating Palestine," Bin Laden said. "We shall continue fighting the Israelis and their allies with Allah's permission. We shall not give up a centimeter of Palestine as long as there is at least one Muslim in the world." The terror master added that "the celebrations in Israel show not just that the Jewish state has existed 60 years but that it did not exist 60 years ago and that it was established in territory taken violently from the Palestinians." Experts have yet to authoritatively determine that the voice on the tape is indeed Bin Laden's. ![]() © A7 Syndications - This article may not be republished freely.
