The elusive leader of the Al Qaeda terror network, Osama Bin Laden, will soon publish a message on the occasion of Israel's 60th anniversary, according to Islamic websites.

It is not known whether Bin Laden's message will be a written one, on audio or on video. Its title will be "reasons for the conflict, upon 60 years of the Israeli occupation state."
