U.S. President George W. Bush and his wife Laura will visit the Bible Lands Museum in Jerusalem Friday, together with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and senior members of the White House staff and diplomatic corps.
The museum holds a world-renowned collection of antiquities from the places and nations mentioned in the Bible. The museum's director, Amanda Weiss, will give the President and First Lady a special guided tour which will concentrate on the origins of the monotheistic faith and the development of writing in the ancient world.
