Two Years Ago Today at IsraelNN.com (IsraelNN.com) Minister of Pensioners’ Affairs Rafi Eitan said Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s proposal to dismantle and destroy dozens of Israeli towns in Judea and Samaria is "not possible to implement." Citing mistreatment of the refugees from Gaza, Eitan said Israel does not have the ability to resettle the many tens of thousands of people who would be uprooted from their homes under the proposal. --Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez warned that if the United States attacks Iran in an effort to disable its potential for developing nuclear weapons, the price of oil would rise to over $100 per barrel.
