Egyptian Intelligence Head in Israel Monday
(IsraelNN.com) Egyptian intelligence chief Omar Suleiman will visit Israel Monday to present defense officials with details of a proposed ceasefire agreement with Hamas. Egypt brokered the agreement during talks with Hamas in recent weeks. While details of the agreement have not been released, it is believed to be limited to a period of six months to a year, and does not include Judea or Samaria.
IDF officials have warned that a temporary ceasefire with PA or Hamas terrorists would provide an opportunity for these organizations to regroup and rearm for a new round of fighting with Israel.
