Vice Premier Chaim Ramon declared Sunday, following an urgent meeting on the situation in Lebanon, that the Hizbullah terrorist organization is now effectively ruling that country, "making its government insignificant. The common belief that there is a government beyond the Hizbullah is fiction," he told reporters.

Ramon added that "Lebanon should be regarded as Hizbullah country." The vice premier noted that all the violence that has occurred in the country has been started by the terrorist group.
