(IsraelNN.com) The Palestinian Authority (PA) hosted donor event in London on Friday is expected to become a forum for a massive condemnation of Israel. International envoys are expected to demand that Israel open up Gaza crossings, despite ongoing terrorist attacks.

The PA organized the meeting as a follow-up to a previous conference that won more than $7 billion in pledges for the Ramallah-based government, with a large amount of the money earmarked for the Hamas-run Gaza region. This week's killing of a mother and four children in Gaza will help fuel anti-Israeli statements, ignoring the IDF examination that concluded the deaths were caused by explosives that were carried by Gaza-based terrorists who were targeted in an aerial counterterrorist operation. Hamas has claimed that an artillery shell caused their deaths although the IDF said no shells were fired.

Adding fuel to the PA public relations campaign will be reports from the United Nations and World Bank, which blame Israel for the miserable living conditions in Gaza and for limiting travel in Judea and Samaria with roadblocks and checkpoints. The Arab economy in Gaza has been in severe decline since the beginning of the Oslo War in 2000, when the violence forced Jewish farmers in Gush Katif to severely reduce the number of Arab workers.
