(IsraelNN.com) The hackers who forced the Bank of Israel to close its site last week were from Algeria, Globes reported. They left a message on Friday on the site stating, "Hear me Jews, you are a nation whose fate is sealed and sooner or later you will lose in war…. Millions of young Muslims are willing to die for al-Quds [Jerusalem], which belongs to us." 

The hackers succeeded in erasing recent Bank of Israel reports, but officials said they did not invade systems containing more sensitive data. Globes stated that there is speculation that Hizbullah might have been involved, and that there may have been coordination with terrorists in Lebanon, Gaza or Qatar.
