Dozens of left-wing and Arab activists have occupied the Yad Yair outpost, near the Dolev-Talmonim communities in southern Samaria northwest of Ramallah.
The activists waved PLO flags and clashed with IDF soldiers, who they say fired on protesters without provocation.
