The State of Israel is the fourth largest source of defense products in the world, following US, Russia and France according to a report by the Globes business news service on Tuesday.
In 2007, Israel's defense business reached $5.1 billion in a steady climb over the previous two years. In 2006, defense contracts totalled $4.8 billion and in 2005, $3.4 billion.
