56 Knesset Members signed a letter to Public Security Minister Avi Dichter demanding that the house of the terrorist who murdered eight yeshiva students in Mercaz HaRav be torn down. Dichter said he is "looking positively" at the possibility of tearing the house down but added that the matter was under the authority of the Ministry of Defense.
Bereaved family members of the slain yeshiva boys met Dichter today and had the same request. Dichter said he favored destroying the house from the outset but that "the legal test will decide the matter."
