(IsraelNN.com) The IDF's Givati Regiment as well as armored forces from the 401st Regiment have been operating in Gaza's Al-Bureij neighborhood since the early morning hours. The IDF said the operation is meant to push back terrorists from the area adjacent to the security fence, after this week's deadly attack at Nahal Oz.

Terrorists fired at the IDF forces with antitank missiles and light weapons. The IDF forces fired back and reported hits against several terrorist units. Arab sources said one Arab was injured. No IDF casualties are reported.
