Weather: The Long, Hot Spring

(IsraelNN.com) Unusually hot weather under hazy skies will return to Israel next week. Temperatures on Friday will drop a bit, with daytime highs in the low-to-mid 20s (low-to-high 70s F) and it will be chilly at night, with lows at 12-14 (54-57 F).

The thermometer will begin to rise on the Sabbath, reaching 25 (77 F) in Jerusalem and the hills of Judea and Samaria, 27 (81 F) in Tel Aviv and 30 (86 F) in Be'er Sheva. Temperatures will rise sharply on Monday and Tuesday, reaching 32-33 (90-91 F) in Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv and 37 (99 F) in Be'er Sheva. The heat wave will continue on Tuesday, with slightly less hot weather on Wednesday.
