(IsraelNN.com) According to Channel 10, Russian-Israeli billionaire Arcadi Gaydamak faces a civil suit for allegedly depositing $365 million from a deal made between Russia and Angola into his personal account.  The money in question was supposed to go to the Angolans, according to the report.  The Angolan government later refused to renew Gaydamak’s passport.

Gaydamak said in response that he had settled a debt between Russia and Angola “to the satisfaction of both sides.”  He said he had made a great deal of money off of revenues from the deal, but denied keeping money that did not belong to him.  The Angolan government did not refuse him a passport, he said.
