Tel Aviv, Hadera Residents: We Didn't Hear Siren

(IsraelNN.com) Army Radio interviewed several residents from around the country who said they did not hear the emergency sirens.
A man from Hadera, who said he heard the siren just fine during the Second Lebanon War, said that he and his family waited and waited for the drill to begin Tuesday - to no avail.
Residents of Tel Aviv, sitting in local cafes were also interviewed and said they did not hear the siren, which is supposed to alert residents of an incoming missile attack.
